Prohibition of being alone with a foreign woman
And the privacy that the man alone in the foreign woman in a

prohibition of many, including the modern Aqab bin Amer brought to the

As al-Muhallab ibn Abi Safra al-Maliki said [435]:
"Fear of hypocrisy and hypocrisy of the Shaytaan, because the imam may be
non-mahram, but it is permissible for him to be free with women who are
haraam." [Narrated by Ibn Battal on Saheeh al-Bukhaari, 13/359]. Ibn
Abbaas (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: "A man shall not be without
a woman except with a mahram." [9]
It is not permissible for you to recite khulwah as a general
haraam in Hajj or elsewhere.
And Ali Ibn Battal al-Maliki [T 444 H] was quoted in his
commentary on Saheeh al-Bukhaari (13/360). Al-Tabari said: It is not
permissible for a man to be free of a woman who has no mahram in travel or in
the mosque.
It is haraam for a woman who wants to perform Hajj or Umrah
Evidence of the presence of the haraam woman in the hadeeth
indicates that there is a haraam woman in every journey. It was narrated that
Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: It is not permissible for a
woman who believes in Allaah and the Last Day to travel on a day and night
journey except with a mahram. In the hadeeth of Ibn 'Abbaas (may Allaah be
pleased with him), it is agreed upon: "... A woman should not travel
except with a mahram." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon
him) did not exclude a book of travel,
The mahram is required to be a regular Muslim.
Caution: It is not permissible to contract the image of a
woman who wants to perform Hajj, which ends with the end of performing Hajj,
because this contract is not true at all because it has nothing to do with
sharee'ah.
Ruling on shaking hands with a foreign woman
It is not permissible for a woman to shake hands with
non-mahrams from men, and the evidence for this is infuriating those who
declare it:
Some women, as well as some men, say that our intention is
not malicious during the handshake, and they say: Who is the best of the
Messenger of Allah r Sira? Nevertheless, he refrained from doing so in all his
circumstances:
Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her: And God did not reach
the hand of the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him the hand of a woman who
never sold them, but said: «I have promised to do so» [11].
In the hadeeth of Omeimah bint thin, the Messenger of Allaah
(peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "I do not shake hands
with women, but I say to one hundred women as a single woman." [12]
It was also narrated that Ibn Abd al-Barr said: Evidence
that it is not permissible for a man to start a woman who is not permissible
for him and does not touch her with his hand or shake hands with her ...
«Preface 12/243»
Because it is a contract, it is held by saying, like all
other contracts, and that is why it is true that 'Abd-Allaah ibn' Umar (may
Allaah be pleased with him) was adamant to 'Abd al-Malik ibn Marwan, who wrote
without shaking hands. And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon
him) said: "But I say to a hundred women as a woman to one woman. By Abu
al-Walid al-Baji al-Maliki in the 7/309]
